The following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access and use of TeeqAi’s website and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the services immediately.
1. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from TeeqAi including product updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or the unsubscribe link.
2. Purchases & Payment
When you make a purchase on TeeqAi, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. We use third-party providers to process payments and reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for security or operational reasons.
We may update pricing or apply fair usage limits to ensure equitable access for all users. Updated pricing is available at https://teeqai.com/pricing.
3. Subscriptions & Free Plan
TeeqAi offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to advanced features like AI chat, high word/image limits, and multi-device use. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
The free plan may include usage limits and can be modified or discontinued at any time. Free trials may require billing information but won’t charge you until upgraded.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy if you used less than 10,000 words or 5 images. Refund requests must be made to support@teeqai.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not automatic and require manual review.

6. AI Limitations
Content is generated using third-party AI tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying and refining output before professional use.
TeeqAi is not liable for inaccuracies, plagiarism, or misuse of generated content.
7. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure service stability, TeeqAi may impose limits or suspend accounts that show excessive or abusive usage. Use of bots, scraping, or account sharing is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Violate local or international laws
Create sensitive or offensive content (e.g., sexual, political, or religious)
Exploit minors or send unsolicited content
Impersonate TeeqAi or others
Upload malicious code or perform DDoS attacks
Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action without refund.
9. Data Privacy
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy. We don’t store your inputs beyond what’s needed to fulfill your request unless explicitly required.
We may generate anonymized statistics from user interactions to improve our services.
10. Content Storage
TeeqAi may retain your generated content temporarily to enhance your experience. After the retention period, data may be deleted. You are responsible for backing up your own content.
11. Account Management
You must provide accurate information and secure your credentials. Notify us of any unauthorized access. Shared accounts are prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
TeeqAi owns all platform-related content (logos, UI, code). You retain rights to the content you create using TeeqAi. However, you may not reuse any part of the TeeqAi platform without permission.
13. Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyright is infringed, contact support@teeqai.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement.” False claims may result in legal action.
14. Feedback
All feedback you provide may be used by TeeqAi without compensation. By submitting, you agree it’s non-confidential and does not violate third-party rights.
15. External Links
TeeqAi may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
16. Beta Features
TeeqAi may introduce features in a "beta" phase. These features are experimental, may contain bugs, and can be modified or removed without notice.
17. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
18. Limitation of Liability
TeeqAi is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or profits
Inaccuracies in generated content
If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without notice. Your obligations continue even after termination.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
21. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
22. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
